Gyan Prakash Singh was born to the late Shri Shrinath Singh Ji in 1963. Since childhood, he was inclined to help society and make a difference in the lives of people around him. He was inspired to make life better for the people around him, especially for the weak and underprivileged section.

Since his childhood, he was a firm believer of swayam seva and instead of serving his life as a normal employed person, he was motivated to create something worthwhile and meaningful to bring a change in the lives of the people around him. He started his journey as an entrepreneur and made a successful career in the field of security & facility management and the IT sector. At present, he serves as a chairman and director to 4 operational companies and contributes towards society by generating fair and equal employment opportunities. His constant efforts and contributions have been recognized by many state governments and other associations, consequently, he has also been awarded for his social work.

When the world was facing the woes of one of the greatest tragedies of modern times in the form of COVID-19, he stepped forward and made various efforts to help society. He has a special place in his heart and love for his janmabhoomi Jaunpur and he has decided to make it his karmabhoomi too. He has been in constant touch with the people of Jaunpur and makes the lives of people a little better every day with his social and charitable deeds.

• Received “Vishisht Pratibha Samman – 2011” Award from Ex-Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Prithviraj Chavan for remarkable social work, Mumbai.
• Received “Sri Sai Ratna Award – 2015” from Sri Bhagwati Sai Sansthan (Regd.) at Shirdi.
• Received “Kewal Sach Birsa Munda Samman – 2016” Award for security and social work from Kewal Sach Times, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
• Received Security Excellence Award for “Best Manned Guarding Agency In India (Large) – 2017” for outstanding performance in managed security guarding operations from Hon’ble Union Cabinet Minister, Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad, Minister of Law & Justice and Minister of Electronics & Information Technology (Govt. of India).
• Received “Mumbai Radio City ICON Award – 2018” for excellence in security services.
• Received “Pride of Uttar Pradesh Award – 2018” From Shri Rajendra Pratap Singh (Moti Singh), Cabinet Minister, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh for support and improvement in quality of education.
• Received IISSM Security & Safety Excellence Award – 2018 for “Best Manned Guarding Agency In India (Large)” from Shri Giriraj Singh, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Govt. of India.
• Received IISSM Security & Safety Excellence Award – 2018 for “Best Electronic Security Company-Integrator” from Shri Santosh Gangwar, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Labour and Employment, Govt. of India.
• Received “ARTH” Lifetime Achievement Award – 2018 from Shri Devendraji Fadnavis, Ex-Hon’ble Chief Minister, Govt. of Maharashtra.
• Received “Karmayogi Samman – 2021” of Hindi Dainik ‘Hindustan’ from Yogi Shri Adityanath, Hon’ble Chief Minister, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh.

• Undertook the renovation of the Gomateshwar Mahadev and Hanuman ji Temple built at Gopi Ghat in Jaunpur, which was further inaugurated on 17 August 2019 by ‘Padma Vibhushan’ Dharmachakravarti Tulsi Peethadhishwar Jagatguru Ramanandacharya Swami Rambhadracharya Ji.
• Made a contribution of INR. 1,21,11,111 One Crore Twenty-One Lakh Eleven Thousand One Hundred and Eleven to RSS field Pracharak under ‘Nidhi Samarpan Abhiyan’ for the renovation of Shree Ram temple at Ayodhya.

2020

• Donated a relief amount of Rs.5 lakh to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund during the Covid-19 pandemic.
• Managed to supply food packets and ration packets to the poor and needy people during the lockdown period in Jaunpur, continuously for 78 days, starting from 25 March 2020.
• During the lockdown period, managed to facilitate the return of migrant workers and their families living in Mumbai by a luxury bus to Jaunpur, Azamgarh and Sultanpur.

2021

• Donated 2-HFNO mini ventilators and 5 oxygen concentrators to the District Magistrate of Jaunpur for the treatment of covid-19 patients during the pandemic.
• During the Covid-19 pandemic, 6000 ‘Cefzone’ and 5760 ‘Dexona’ were made available to the district hospital in Jaunpur.
• Food packets were distributed at District Hospital, Trauma Center and to the poor and needy people for 45 consecutive days.
• Made thermal Scanners, oximeters, face masks, sanitisers and medicine kits available to the poor residents of the Jaunpur district to keep them safe from Covid-19 infection.
• Adopted and undertook the responsibility of 6 children, who lost their parents and guardians to covid-19 and created a fixed deposit of INR. 250,000 to secure their dreams and future.

• Funded and facilitated a free mobile medical service for the villagers in  Jaunpur district of Uttar Pradesh. The mobile medical service includes an ambulance, and a team comprising a doctor, a nurse and an assistant. It also includes the facility of medical diagnostics and medicines. This facility was launched on the 12th of September, 2018 by Dr Rita Bahuguna Joshi, Cabinet Minister, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
• Contributed to the renovation of Lilavati Hospital, Jaunpur to equip it with modern facilities and necessary medical equipment and machines.
• Undertook the responsibility to renovate the old toilets into deluxe toilets in Shahid Umanath Singh District Hospital, Jaunpur.
• Renovated the primary and pre-secondary school at Godhna (Post-Kajgaon) in line with the standards of ‘Building as Learning Aid’ (BALA) which is based on modern infrastructure and information technology. Furthermore, facilitated smart classrooms equipped with computers and modern amenities.
• Recognized the 50 meritorious students of Maa Durga Ji Senior Secondary School located in Siddiqpur, Jaunpur and awarded them with the cycles.
• Took charge to renovate the Chemistry, Physics and Biology Laboratories at T D Inter College, Jaunpur which were inaugurated on 12 January 2021 under his flagship.
